Questions
Will the vibration actually wake me up?
It's a strong, repeating pulse on your wrist, built for exactly this. If it doesn't work for you within 30 nights, you get your money back.
How do I set the alarm?
One button, no app. From the clock, tap twice, then hold the button for 3 seconds to set your wake-up time. It repeats every day. Full steps here: how to use your band.
Will it wake my partner?
The band uses wrist vibration rather than a ringing alarm, which can reduce disturbance in shared bedrooms. Individual experiences vary.
Is it comfortable to sleep in?
The band has a soft silicone strap and is designed to be worn on your wrist. Comfort depends on fit and personal preference.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 8–13 working days in total: 1–3 working days to process your order, then 7–10 working days after dispatch. UAE delivery is free and tracking is emailed when it ships. Read the shipping policy.
How do I charge it?
Charge the band using its built-in USB connector before first use. Battery life varies with use; see the charging and setup guide.
Can I return it?
If the band does not wake you, email hello@joineunoia.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Send the band back and we refund you in full, subject to the published conditions.
