The 30-night wake guarantee

Wear your Eunoia band for up to 30 nights from the day it's delivered. If it doesn't wake you, email us at hello@joineunoia.com with your order number and we'll refund you in full.

How to claim

1. Email hello@joineunoia.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Tell us your order number and what happened.
3. We reply within 2 working days. Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 working days depending on your bank.

You don't need to send the band back.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

If your band arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Couples bundle

If you bought 2 bands, the guarantee applies to each band separately.

Not covered

Damage from misuse, such as dropping it or opening the casing. Claims made more than 30 days after delivery.
