Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all addresses in the United Arab Emirates.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1-3 working days to pack and dispatch.
• Delivery: 5-10 working days after dispatch.
• Most orders arrive within 8-13 days in total.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and duties

In rare cases a parcel may be inspected by UAE customs. If you're charged any duty, email us and we'll help.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Holidays, customs checks or carrier delays can occasionally add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, email hello@joineunoia.com and we'll chase it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. The courier will call before delivery. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, we'll reship once at no cost.
